About Circle of Trust

Circle of Trust Senior Resources, LLC, is a unique, boutique-style Senior Living/Senior Care Referral Network and Senior Living Operations Consulting Firm.

Our seasoned team of care partners assists seniors and their families in finding solutions and planning for all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, with confidence.   Because each community and care professional within our referral network is carefully vetted and personally invited to join our network of quality providers, (otherwise known as our “Circle of Trust”), we take the uncertainty and guesswork out of finding quality, safe solutions for your loved one. You deserve assurance and peace of mind that the most important person(s) in your life is enjoying each moment and living their life to the fullest!    Christian Randolph, Regional Senior Advisor, is a seasoned Licensed Assisted Living Administrator, a Certified Director of Assisted Living, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of senior living experience. Each member of our team has experience serving seniors and has worked in Senior Living communities and/or has cared for our aging family members. We all have a personal story, detailing why we have devoted our lives to making sure our loved ones receive top-tier care and support.  “My parents owned and operated Senior Living Communities since before I was born.  Working alongside them groomed me to be the Healthcare Professional that I am today.  Having been passed the baton, I have had the honor of joyfully serving hundreds of residents and families over the years.  I know first-hand what our clients need, want, require, expect and deserve from a care provider. I have sat in every seat around the lease signing table….all the way from being the Administrator/Executive Director to being the adult child.  As a change agent, I am skilled at identifying potentially adverse situations before they occur.  I am committed to enhancing the lives of others by ensuring that any necessary adjustments are made swiftly and thoroughly, by being actively involved.  I am privy to the regulatory requirements needed to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of your loved one(s).  No stone is left unturned along our journey to assist you in making a good, informed decision. While sitting in either seat at the lease signing table, my heart and brain often competed for first place in making the best decision. Neither role is easy, but both roles are fulfilling and truly necessary. I have stayed awake many nights wondering how to better serve my residents, the underserved, and those who need me most.  I started Circle of Trust Senior Resources because I realized that the best way for me to serve everyone is for me to relentlessly advocate, reach more people, and be instrumental in making sure that everyone is truly living their best lives!”

Better Care Starts with You!
Testimonials

"My mom moved into an assisted living facility in November of 2020. The staff at the location were kind, gentle, and amazingly understanding, but Christian, specifically, was so wonderful to me. I was barely holding it together with this huge transition for my mother (and my sister and me). Turns out, our stories have a lot in common and she was extremely helpful in making me feel like my mom would be well taken care of. I especially take comfort in knowing that Christian is right around the corner from my mom every day. Everyone introduced themselves to us and there were flowers and a welcome sign waiting for my mom when we arrived. Christian’s tender care of those around here brings tears to my eyes to this day. Can’t sing her praises enough!"
